Craig Tashjian

I have been working in the mortgage industry for 20 years. I provide a level of customer service that people have been unaccustomed to, and have forged relationships not only with clients, but also with service providers who can help in the home-buying process including real estate brokers, insurance agents, attorneys, landscapers, interior designers, movers, and organizers.

My goal is to win your business for life. I go to great lengths to make the mortgage experience a smooth and pleasant one. Much of my work takes place behind the scenes, out of view. The fruits of my labor are, however, highly visible: the successful mortgage closing, on time, and without any last minute or unexpected problems.

I am particularly fond of working with first-time buyers. In that capacity, I draw on my prior teaching experience as I educate first-time buyers about the home-buying process. I am a consummate professional and help to allay the worries and fears of my clients, and work dilligently to keep everything on track towards a successful closing.
